Engineering capacity on contract

An experienced MedTech engineer in your team for one to five days a week and one to twelve months, on site or remote. For verification, qualification, mechanical design and industrialization work when your team is at capacity or a position is still open.

01 What it is

An engineer in your team, on your schedule

You decide the role, the days and the duration. The engineer works in your processes and tools, and your project lead sets the priorities.

  1. 01

One to five days a week

From one day a week for ongoing verification or documentation work to full time during a qualification campaign or a transfer to production.

  2. 02

    One to twelve months

For a workload peak, a gap until a new hire starts, or one project phase. After the first week the engagement continues month by month.

  3. 03

    On site or remote

On site in Switzerland and Germany, remote across Europe, or a mix: on site for test execution and qualification runs, remote for protocols and reports.

  4. 04

    Inside your quality system

The work follows your SOPs and templates, and every document is filed in your QMS. Nothing has to be transferred at the end.

Questions

Who is the engineer?

The engineer is Filip Jaromczyk; for electronics or a second role a partner engineer from our network joins.

Can we start with one or two days a week?

Yes. Many engagements start with one or two days a week and grow during a qualification campaign or a verification phase.

Who sets the priorities?

Your project lead. The engineer works on your tasks in your team, and Techkrates remains the contact for the contract and for technical questions.

Can the work become a defined project?

Yes. When a work package is clear, for example a test stand or a complete qualification, we can quote it as a project with a fixed price and a fixed delivery date.

Discuss your requirement

Send 2–3 lines about the role, the days per week and the start date. We reply within 24 hours.
